According to Trinny and Susannah, about 90% of UK women are wearing a bra that does not fit them correctly.
I don't believe the way to finding the right bra is to pick up a tape measure and follow a set of instructions. After following numerous guidelines from different sources, the variations were so great that the only way to finding the right bra was to try it on. Once you have the bra on, you must then compare the result to a set of guidelines and adjust your size until you find the right fit for you. You can't overestimate the impact a well fitted bra has on your appearance. When you find the right fit, you will feel and look great. A correctly fitted bra can make you look pounds lighter and help boost your body confidence.
