You have probably seen me in this website's banner and I am also in the illustrations on this page.

According to Trinny and Susannah, about 90% of UK women are wearing a bra that does not fit them correctly.
I don't believe the way to finding the right bra is to pick up a tape measure and follow a set of instructions. After following numerous guidelines from different sources, the variations were so great that I found that the only way to find the right bra was to try it on. Once I have the bra on, I then compare the results to a set of guidelines and adjust the size until I find the right fit.
You can't overestimate the impact a well fitted bra has on your appearance. When you get the right fit, you will look and feel great. A correctly fitted bra can make you look pounds lighter, help boost your body confidence and make your clothes fit better. Bras aren't called foundation garments for nothing!
