Nursing Bra Fitting Guide
Garment Care
After wearing and washing your bra a few times, you will find that it starts to give a little bit. I recommend that you choose a bra which fits comfortably when fastened on the loosest hook. This way, you can always use one of the other hooks if the bra starts to feel less snug.
After following the guidelines, I recommend that you try your bra under a t-shirt to see if you like the shape it gives you. You may find that your size will vary depending on the manufacturer and the style of the bra (3/4 cup, full cup etc…).
To demonstrate this, my standard bra size is 34G. However, I also have 32GG and 34GG bras that fit me perfectly.
Where appropriate and on the product detail pages, I will tell you how a particular bra fits me.
Please refer to the relevant parts of this guide if you ever have any doubts about the fit of a bra.
