Delivery & Returns Information
Delivery Information
We will despatch your order as soon as possible and aim for you to receive
your goods within 5 working days (a high percentage of in stock orders have
been delivered by the next day). Whilst we do our best to make sure that stock inventory is correct, there is a possibility of errors. You will be notified as soon a possible if there is a problem with your order. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your goods, please email help@thefittingstudio.co.uk, quoting your order reference number.
Please note that it is not possible for you to specify a time or date for delivery. However, you can nominate an alternative address if this is more convenient. Simply select and complete the alternative address section when you place your order.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
Standard Delivery to the UK is £2.00 (Second Class)

Delivered the next working day before 12pm. Can only be applied to orders placed before midday Monday to Friday. (Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed).

*Important: please note that if you select the Special Delivery service, a signature will be required on delivery of the goods. Please make sure that someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.
Returns Policy
Returns within the UK
We hope that you will be extremely happy with your purchase from The Fitting Studio.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we will promptly exchange or refund any unsuitable items. For hygiene purposes, we ask you to try the briefs, thongs or shorts over your own underwear until you are sure of your purchase. The return of unworn, unwashed items with all labels intact will be accepted up to 28 days from the date of purchase.
Please complete the enclosed Returns Form sent with your order. Also, ensure that all returns parcels have been adequately secured and that all your returns are sent via the Post Office.
We recommend that all customers obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office as this will enable us to insure the returns parcel and request a refund should the goods be lost or delayed in the post.
Please note that the post and packaging charge is not refundable in case of a return, however, you will not be required to pay additional postage if you request an exchange.

Returns from outside the UK
If you are returning your parcel from outside the UK, please ensure that you pay the return postage, mark your parcel clearly with ‘Returned Goods’ and send to: The Fitting Studio, 16 Dartmouth Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 3XU, England.
Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting and please do not use courier companies to return parcels to The Fitting Studio.
